I came to Cath 6 months ago with a set of symptoms that affected my back, neck and shoulders. Cath has been treating me using a combination of massage, acupuncture and ultrasound and I always look forward to the relief that these sessions bring.
Treatments were initially at weekly intervals but as things have improved Cath provides sessions on a flexible basis and is always able to fit me in at a time which suits me best.

Hi Cath, you are truly a miracle worker! The leg is like new!! I went on the bike last night and was able to push much harder than ever, this morning it feels great with hardly any pain; I almost feel tempted to go for a run - though probably too early. I have been stretching and doing as you said. At this rate it should be gone in a week I reckon!

I have had a couple of car accidents, causing me to have whip lash. The first time I sustained this injury, I was 19 weeks pregnant with my third child, which I think may have exacerbated the injury more. After the safe arrival of my daughter, I was advised to attend several physiotherapy sessions with Cath Ingram.
I found Cath Ingram to be a very professional, approachable, and friendly physiotherapist who immediately put me at my ease. She was very knowledgeable and after she had worked on me, I found the symptoms were easing. I suffered terrible back pain also, and this improved immensely as my sessions progressed. Cath also gave me lots of exercises to continue with in between our sessions, to help make the treatment more effective.
I would highly recommend Cath Ingram to anyone, as a very trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist.

A diagnoses in 10 minutes which proved accurate; a highly professional service; flexibility in appointments even last minute; follow up home exercise program that really works, advice to self treat to recognise the symptoms and manage a chronic problem. An all round service that I cannot fault. Cath stays my Physio I can highly recommend her services (back problem from tennis).
